Love it in here, Shawarma plates are great value and love all the salad and dips that come with it. The lentil soup you can get for a starter is lovely. The other dishes are a bit more interesting and are also great value. I had the charcoal fish this time and loved it. Help yourself to cups of tea as well. All seems very authentic to me and there's a lovely atmosphere. Operates kinda like a takeaway but with sit down chairs inside so don't expect to be waited on hand or foot, they just shout you over when your food is cooked!- Meal type

I had an amazing experience at Shawarma and Grill House! The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The shawarmas and grilled dishes were full of authentic taste, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone craving great Middle Eastern cuisine!

Dined in. Really good tasty fresh food. Great portions. Great service and super quick service. Tea on tap is nice 👌🏽 wish it had been refilled as only got to try the last bit, but managed half a cup. Definitely try the chicken sharwarma.

I had the samosa from this store for four consecutive days, and it was the most affordable and delicious samosa in all of Newcastle. When I asked the server to give me more eggplant, he kindly gave me a whole plateful, reminding me of the eggplant dishes from my hometown.

It’s one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Great food , taste and quantity that not only fills you but satiates you. I and my wife have been coming here since a year every week and the full chicken never fails to surprise us with its taste. We’ve been to all great restaurants within Newcastle and around but we always come back to this one. Great service provided by Karam! Will 100% recommend.

Top quality food, all cooked to order while you watch. Grab a table if you can. Great staff.. Best value in town. Been a few times, tried most of menu and it’s all consistently good. Healthy as well if you don’t get chips. As much fresh flatbread as you can manage. Best around, you can tell by the queues.

The place is packed. Great Middle Eastern food. Felt like ate something really authentic. For me the joy was seeing the Laban and felafel. The quantity of food is great compared to the price. We spend 30 pounds and 5 tummies full!!!!

Tried both the chicken and lamb shawarma, along with the lamb kofta kebab — all were bursting with authentic flavour. The taste truly stands out. Despite being quite busy, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. It’s definitely one of the best options for anyone looking for quality halal food in Newcastle. Highly recommended!

Food spot on, lovely staff. Very happy with the level of service provided. Infact went back the day after as we were in Newcastle for just 2 days. The portions were generous which is always nice. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Super food served in large portions at great prices. There are regular queues and the staff constantly work hard. Those on here complaining because they consider themselves entitled to preferential treatment should go elsewhere - the service is wholly egalitarian.

Best restaurant I have ever been in my life I was so happy the food really fresh and friendly stuff, I highly recommend it.
We went for the first time and got three wraps. All of the fillings are laid out and easy to view. The order was quick and easy. You could see the clay oven where they make the bread. The chicken and mixed kebabs were so delicious. We will definitely be back.
